Ethel is a highly experienced FSP certified Psychologist, offering psychotherapy to adults and teenagers in English, Spanish, and Italian. With extensive clinical experience in Spain, Switzerland, and the UK, Ethel has worked within the NHS, the probation service, and private practice. Ethel’s journey into psychology began with a passion for making a positive impact on people’s lives. As a licensed psychologist, she is dedicated to the well-being of her clients, providing compassionate and comprehensive care. Her expertise covers a wide range of psychological issues, including psychosis, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, addiction, and low self-esteem. Ethel is also skilled in working with adolescents facing complex issues, including self-harm and suicidal ideation. Ethel holds a Psychology Degree recognized by the Swiss Commission of Psychological Professions and is a member of the Swiss Federation of Psychologists (FSP). She is a certified Clinical and Forensic Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council, UK (HPCP), registration number PYL30470. Ethel has completed training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy at the Marsha Linehan Institute and holds a Certificate in Integrating CBT and Mindfulness from the Albert Ellis Institute in New York. Additionally, she has a Postgraduate Diploma in Intervention with Risk Families and Antisocial Behavior in Teenagers, as well as a Master of Science in Clinical, Legal, and Forensic Psychopathology. Ethel’s dedication to her field and her diverse clinical background make her a valuable asset to our team.

David is an FSP Certified Psychologist, offering psychotherapy to adults, teenagers, children, and families in English, French, and Spanish. With a diverse clinical background, David has practiced in France, Malaysia, and Switzerland, providing a wide range of therapeutic services. Specializing in emotion management, self-esteem, and self-confidence, David works particularly with highly sensitive individuals who may struggle with addictions. His systemic approach to relationships management helps clients navigate complex interpersonal dynamics. David’s journey into psychology was inspired by his deep curiosity about the human mind, which followed an international career in skiing. He is committed to understanding each client’s unique situation and helping them build a path to personal growth and fulfilment. David has a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy from Lyon, France. He is a member of the Swiss Federation of Psychologists (FSP) and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Systemic Therapy and Family Therapy from Geneva, Switzerland, where he studied under Professor Mony Elkaïm. Additionally, he earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Carl Gustav Jung Psychotherapy, also in Geneva. David is the author of "The 10 Hidden Qualities of Our Most Sensitive Kids," published by Jouvence Editions in 2020. Elizabeth is a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Coach and Sober Companion with a profound understanding of the challenges faced by those in recovery. Her empathetic approach provides clients with the guidance and motivation needed to achieve their goals. Elizabeth’s commitment to creating a safe and supportive environment enables clients to develop effective relapse prevention strategies, build coping mechanisms, and cultivate healthy habits. She excels in navigating triggers, fostering a strong sober support network, and rebuilding interpersonal relationships. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Design and Business from Georgia Tech and is certified as a Recovery Coach through The Addiction Academy (TAA) with NCRC certification. Additionally, she has completed a course in Chronic Pain Management from the University of Michigan via Coursera. In her role as a Sober Companion at Palm Beach Wellness Institute (2024), Elizabeth has upheld client confidentiality by respecting personal boundaries and adhering to professional guidelines. She established trusting relationships through attentive listening and genuine empathy, empowered clients with emotional support and physical activities to enhance their quality of life and self-esteem, and encouraged independence with skill-building exercises tailored to individual abilities and goals. Elizabeth also educated clients on wellness practices, including exercise, relaxation techniques, and coping strategies, while monitoring and documenting client progress, collaborating with the care team to report on health status changes, managing medications accurately, and ensuring correct dosages and regular monitoring of vital signs. Her compassionate care and strong sense of hope have significantly enhanced client well-being.
